We noted intrusions into our files by anonymous proxy users. The files were easy to track, and easier to locate, since all of our files include a very small digital signature file, indicating they're owned by the Center for Media Studies. Below, you'll see a list of files stolen from this site, used without permission by Karol Florian Madera. These misattributed photos and recordings were stolen from our files, and stolen from others, and used by Karol Madera without permission.
Due to the defamation on Madera's blog, and the presence of our copyrighted materials, we were forced to take legal action, and the hosting company responded by closing the pages, permanently. Several years ago, we invited Madera to respond to our labeling him a thief, a liar, a fraud, a bigot, and a racist. However, in the past 11 years we have heard nothing from Madera, and we believe he will continue to hide in his ramshackle hovel, behind what he perceives to be the safety of the Canadian border.
The files were hosted on a server owned by Shaw, maintained by a thief, identified as Karol Florian Madera, who is located at 3040 Tillicum Road, Saanich, British Columbia, V9A 2B3. The files were removed by Shaw. If the thief (Karol Madera) has also stolen your copyrighted materials, you may ask him to cease and desist at (250) 383-4242, or at the address above, c/o the Realty Research Group. Speaking of the Realty Research Group, Karol Madera has also apparently also engaged in identity theft, since the name he did business under (Realty Research Group) is the name of a registered corporation that belongs not to Madera but to licensed real estate professional, David Rathgeber.
Many of our readers will recall that Madera was tossed out of the Victoria Real Estate Board, with the help of the Victoria police department, on or about June 1, 1989, resulting in the loss of his ability to real estate in British Columbia, which was followed by yet another spectacular failure, that of his botched attempt at becoming a barrister.
